Bold Life Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR activities. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as leave management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues, and facilitate communication between employees and management.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Support the HR Manager in organizing HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
