📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Participate in sales promotions and special events.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
