📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales counter, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent service standards and sales performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information to assist customers.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
