📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided by the head chef.,Ensure the quality and consistency of the dishes served to customers.,Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.,Keep track of inventory and ensure that all ingredients are used efficiently and effectively.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our dishes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations if required.

🛠️ Keahlian

Experience with Indonesian cuisine.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
