📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the day care services, ensuring high standards of care and safety.,Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.,Supervise and mentor a team of care providers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.,Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and address any issues promptly.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance the quality of care.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the day care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the community care sector.,Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.,Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.,Experience in managing and supervising a team of care providers.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of child development and psychology.,Experience in working with diverse populations and cultures.
