Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships, ensuring our solutions meet their business needs and drive revenue growth.,Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our solutions.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Develop and implement technical account strategies that align with customer business objectives.,Monitor customer performance and provide regular reports and insights to the sales and marketing teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.,Act as a key point of contact for technical issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a technical account management role, preferably in the enterprise solutions space.,Strong technical background and understanding of enterprise solutions and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.,Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Experience with NICE Systems products and solutions is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
