📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
