🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Defense Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in defense-related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of defense initiatives.
• Strong understanding of national and international defense policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
