PT Maju Restu is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fueling operations.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage vehicle documentation and insurance.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Ensure the fleet is available and ready for use as per operational requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Proficient in using fleet management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
