📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
