📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
