In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.,Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation of sales.,Monitor inventory levels and alert the kitchen or management when restocking is needed.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
