📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a high-quality workforce.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to employment.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team to maintain high standards of service.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
