📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
