📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Provide technical support to employees and manage user accounts and access.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet the needs of the business.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a System Administrator role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
