📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
