📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring that they are a good fit for the team and the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
