📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and budgets for civil engineering projects.
• Monitor project costs in real-time using advanced cost control systems.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide regular cost control updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze historical cost data to improve future project planning.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cost control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control for civil engineering projects.
• Proven experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction and oil & gas industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in Cost Control or Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
