🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical services management.
- Proven track record of leading clinical teams and improving patient outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinical management software, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in clinical leadership or a related field is a plus.
