📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Handle employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and managing leave requests.
• Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job descriptions, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.
• Address employee concerns and resolve any issues that may arise, promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
