As an ICU Nurse in Intellipro Group, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide critical care to patients in our state-of-the-art ICU facilities. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and implementing advanced life support techniques. Our ICUs are equipped with the latest technology, including advanced monitoring systems, which will allow you to deliver the highest standard of care.
In the Operating Theatre (OT), you'll be part of a team that ensures the safety and well-being of patients undergoing surgical procedures. You'll assist in preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Our OTs are designed to meet international standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures.
As a Midwifery Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in providing compassionate and professional care to mothers and newborns. You'll assist in deliveries, provide postpartum care, and educate patients on newborn care. Our maternity wards are equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide critical care to patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and implementing advanced life support techniques.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the operating theatre, ensuring a sterile and safe environment for surgical procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist in deliveries, providing compassionate and professional care to mothers and newborns.
- Provide postpartum care and educate patients on newborn care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU, OT, or Midwifery Nursing.
- Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare board.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
