As an Operations & Supply Coordinator at Omana Furniture, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our logistics team to manage the flow of our products from manufacturers to warehouses and ultimately to our customers. You will use tools like SAP and Excel to track inventory, manage orders, and coordinate with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the supply chain process from manufacturers to warehouses and customers.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and Excel to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Track and manage orders, ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best prices from suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient supply of materials.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the furniture industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar supply chain management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with international trade and customs regulations is a plus.
