📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding using BambooHR.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws using QuickBooks Payroll.
• Coordinate with local managers in Bali to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and provide insights to the HR team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in Cebu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software like BambooHR and QuickBooks Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
