📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and diagnose pediatric patients with a variety of injuries and illnesses
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions to help children improve their strength, mobility, and functional abilities
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients
• Document patient progress and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with best practices in pediatric rehabilitation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatment protocols and programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid PT license in Indonesia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
