Loyalty & Subscription Marketing Specialist - Hybrid Role in Bali

EMAPTA is looking for a dynamic Loyalty & Subscription Marketing Specialist to join our pioneering team in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to shape loyalty programs and subscription models that keep customers engaged and coming back. As part of our hybrid team, you'll work remotely from anywhere in Indonesia while collaborating with colleagues in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing loyalty programs, analyzing customer data to identify trends, and creating compelling subscription offers. You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our programs align with business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement
• Create and manage subscription models that maximize customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align loyalty programs with business goals
• Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty and subscription marketing
• Create compelling content and campaigns to promote loyalty programs and subscription offers
• Measure and report on the success of loyalty and subscription initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in loyalty and subscription marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
