📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret data from downstream industrial processes using tools like SAP, Excel, and Python.
• Develop and optimize downstream industrial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams to implement process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in project reviews and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in downstream industrial analysis or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in industrial settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like SAP, Excel, and Python.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to the tin and smelting industry.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
