📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction and mechanical projects.
• Supervise and manage a team of workers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to ensure project milestones are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or project management role within the construction or mechanical industry.
• Knowledge of construction and mechanical project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, SMK3) is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
