In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Daily, you'll work with tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and SolarWinds to troubleshoot network issues, implement security protocols, and optimize network performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, including VPNs and IDS/IPS systems.
• Optimize network performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 support for IT issues, escalating as needed to Tier 3.
• Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.
• Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with cloud-based network services, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
